By accessing or playing on Sky ROSE Online (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must register an account to play. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Cheat, exploit bugs, or use third-party programs to gain unfair advantages.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other players or staff.
  • Attempt to access or interfere with server infrastructure.
  • Engage in real-money trading of in-game items or accounts outside official channels.
  • Share, sell, or transfer accounts.

4. Virtual Items and Currency

Mall Points and in-game items are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value. They are licensed, not sold, and cannot be transferred outside the game. We may modify, remove, or rebalance virtual goods at any time.

5. Server Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occur, and the server may be permanently shut down at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

Sky ROSE Online is a fan-made private server. ROSE Online (Rush On Seven Episodes) and all related trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. We claim no ownership over the original game's assets.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violations of these terms or any behavior deemed harmful to the community, without prior notice or refund.

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
